Manchester Gin is distilled in an old, classic copper still. Owners Jen Wiggins and Seb Heeley combined 12 botanicals to bring out the flavors of Manchester, such as juniper, angelica, citrus peels, burdock root, coriander, and dandelion. This delivers an earthy and bitter taste to the spirit.
