A touch of refreshing meets tradition in this London Dry Gin variation from Cubical. Williams & Humbert puts together this gin, and if that name sounds familiar it’s because they are world known for their lineup of Spanish brandy. However, with regards to Cubical, the gin uses traditional botanicals like juniper, thyme, aniseed, coriander, and cardamom while blending them with additional ingredients like peppermint, mandarin, sweet orange, cinnamon, almond, mango, and Budda’s hand (which is a citrus used used for its zest, not the flesh). All in all, it presents you with a citrus friendly version of a London Dry.
