A pioneer in the realm of premium gin, Citadelle likes itself to an orchestra, with juniper as the conductor. This is an apt metaphor because, as with music, timing is everything with Citadelle.

Born from the love of two things: juniper berries and sunny summers in the Cognac region of France, Citadelle begins with a French wheat, to which local juniper is added before being infused, in precisely timed progression, with 18 complimentary spices. These include almond, licorice, and Sichuan pepper.

The blend is then distilled in copper stills over open flame, ending with a spirit that’s supple and voluptuous at once.
