New York’s Brooklyn neighborhood has a reputation for being bold and vibrant. But it’s also thoughtful and creative. All of these elements are captured in Brooklyn Gin, an understated, resonant spirit.
Born from the 2008 financial crisis, and the DIY movement that followed, Brooklyn Gin’s painstakingly hand-crafted in small batches from local corn spirit. It’s then infused with organic botanicals, including hand-cut citrus peel, hand-cracked juniper, Key Lime and kumquat. The process takes three days and yields 300 precious bottles.
The result is a lively, citrus-led gin that’s svelte and vigorous all at once.
Pairs Well With:
We find Brooklyn Gin is brilliant in a citrus-laden gin and tonic. Also, since Brooklyn Gin’s handcrafted, we often pair it with either an art opening or a documentary about a creative spirit.
