This gin is 100% organic and its botanicals consist of juniper, coriander seeds, angelica, lemon zest, chamomile, cardamom and sea buckthorn. To preserve as many essential oils as possible, the gin is not cold filtered, therefore readily opalescence when cold or mixed with ice cubes or tonic.
