Stretton’s Gin is sweeter than your average London Dry Gin. It does use juniper and lemon peel, but the sugar cane base alcohol gives it a wine meets rum meets gin taste to it. This South African gin is very much something you probably haven’t experienced before, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

Excellent For:

This gin is unique and unusual in its sweetness. Try it on its own over ice before mixing. Otherwise you might make your favorite cocktail far too sweet.
