This gin is made up in the northern edge of Scotland by the Dunnet Bay Distillery. The botanicals usedĀ are mostly pulled from this region, including sea buckthron, verbena, coriander seed, juniper, cardamom, rowan berries, and blaeberries. The distillery also continues to make its spirit using a copper pot.
