Mirari Blue Gin is distilled with 16 hand selected botanicals, and naturally coloured through the infusion of handpicked Blue Pea flowers. A spiced gin with well-defined juniper notes, immediately followed by crisp citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon, all underpinned by the warming spices of cassia bark and grains of paradise. With a traditional dry finish.
