The Makar Glasgow Gin is a Scottish gin named after the Gaelic word for poet (or, more accurately, “bard”). The spirit is distilled in a copper pot and a number of botanicals are used, including rosemary, black peppercorn, cassia bark, lemon peel, angelica root, liquorice, juniper, and coriander.
