Have you been looking for a gin that may go a bit lighter on the “pine” taste? Maybe the overwhelming burst of juniper isn’t your cup of tea. In that case, Limehouse offers a number of gin selections that will do exactly that. While there is still a hint of juniper in its namesake offering (Limehouse also sells a pink and “aromatic” gin), it isn’t as heavy or pungent as what you might find with other UK based products. There is a subtle fruit element to it and the gin finishes clean. While not all the botanicals for this particular gin are known, it has enough of a fruity taste that tones down the juniper, making it perfect for when you want to go easy on the pine taste.

A summer day and a slice of watermelon would go brilliantly with your favorite gin cocktail made with Limehouse.
