Here is an English gin that starts out with a barley base. From there you’ll taste a number of familiar botanicals, including juniper, orange peel, lemon peel, and cardamom. There’s also a number of native Suffolk Coast botanicals, including spignel, wood aven, bog myrtle, and rock samphire.  This gives it a very salty, yet sweet nose taste.
