E18hteen is an interesting gin in that it is first made into 54 percent ABV vodka. Once it is in vodka form it is then distilled again to create the E18hteen Gin. This helps give it a smoother taste. Some botanicals used include scented apple skin, apple blossoms, citrus zest, and juniper.
