Del Professore is best known for its two flagship gins: Monsieur and Madame. Madame is a 42.9% ABV with layers of sweetened cinnamon, vanilla, and wild rose. While Monsieur is 43.7% ABV and offers more of a traditional gin, including the classic tastes of citrus and juniper.
