Height of Arrows is a gin inspired by how we make whisky. Whisky’s vast array of flavours rely on distillers’ expertise in using just three ingredients, water, barley and yeast.  In creating Height of Arrows we sought to create a gin that followed the same principle of utilising a few ingredients to achieve an abundance of flavour. We focused on gin’s essential botanical, juniper. By focusing on Juniper alone, Height of Arrows showcases all of Juniper’s complex nuances and flavours that range from fresh pine and bold citrus to peppery spice and beyond. Alongside juniper are the additions of Isle of Skye salt and natural beeswax, which are added after distillation. We use salt  as a natural flavour enhancer, marrying with juniper to impart a further depth of flavour. Beeswax acts as the finishing touch, creating a luxuriously smooth gin, unlike any other. The resulting juniper forward gin is incredibly complex while remaining beautifully smooth to drink. Height of Arrows represents a new drinking experience for the everyday gin drinker and gin connoisseur alike.
