This remarkable gin is deliberately being distilled in small batches – only 100L – in a handmade copper kettle. The slow boiling process allows the flavours to develop softly but more intensely. Delicious Portugese botanicals such as lemons, coriander, juniper, rosemary, pimento and lavender, cinnamon and rose leafs determine the taste of this gin.
