Organic Spirits Gin is a light and elegant edition of a classic London Dry. The traditional ingredients like lemon peel, angelica and coriander are being followed dried hibiscus petals and indonesian longpepper. The result is floral, fresh and sligthly bitter, with apparent sweet juniper lying on top.
