When it comes to exceptional gin, copper stills and Southern Scottish Valleys seem like a match made in Highland heaven. Lilliard Gin beautifully reflects the Scottish countryside as it uses only locally sourced botanicals. While the company doesn’t give a full rundown of all the botanicals used, it does take floral from each season and combine them into the gin, to give you a culmination of the Scottish experience.
