Filliers Dry Gin 28, as the name indicates, is distilled using a collection of 28 different botanicals. The Belgium gin is based off of the original Belgian hops recipe and is made in small batches of 500 to 1,000 litres at a time. The hops addition gives the gin a bit of a India Pale Ale bitterness to it (although along the lines of a British IPA and not the stronger American IPA).
