Some gins are bold and every taste smacks you in the face. And then there are others that are subtle. Blended. They are elegant and provide you with a seamless gin that blends beautifully with whatever mixer you use. That is what Adamus Gin is. This designer gin out of Portugal. Adams Gin uses local organic botanicals harvested from within the country. In total, the gin uses 18 botanicals, and while Adamus won’t release its entire lineup, they do proudly proclaim their gin to be the only one in the world using a Bairrada grape, which the company also uses in its wine. Some of the other botanicals include cinnamon, ginger, honeysuckle, juniper, lemon, orange, salvia, and cardamom.
Pairs Well With
A decadent bubble bath, a good book, and a gin and tonic. But if bubbles aren’t handy, it’s divine with anything garlic. So garlic bread, pasta, or anything else in between.
