Hailing from New Zealand, this is a complex gin that takes advantage of a vapor infusing process. During distillation, 27 different botanicals are used in the process. Jurgen Voigtlander and Mary Bronsteter, the head distillers, don’t reveal the exact recipe, but the gin offers a fruity, yet smooth and zesty finish.
