Since 1682, local spirits have been distilled in the Wöltingerode monastery. To this day, the monastery distillery relies on regional ingredients and real handicrafts. The new noble gin 1682 seamlessly ties in with the long tradition of the house – and at the same time opens up spaces for new tastes. Like all spirits from Wöltingerode, the monastery gin is based on the legendary Wöltingeroder Feinbrand. In our 45 percent gin 1682 it forms a tasty combination with juniper, coriander, lavender, star anise, cinnamon and elderberry.
