Onilikan Mexican Gin is 100% handcrafted gin, produced in the state of Sinaloa in the north of Mexico. This Gin has an alcoholic base of blue agave which is distilled three times in order to neutralize the flavor of the blue agave. After the third distillation the juniper is added and the product is distilled one more time, then the botanicals are macerated in the still.
