We start with a floral and bright gin base (Tod & Vixen’s Dry Gin 1651) and steep blackberries in the finished gin for 24 hours. The resulting flavor is fresh and bright with a balanced sweetness and a gorgeous natural magenta color.
Botanicals are steeped directly in the neutral grain spirit (100% wheat). A Forsythe copper pot still that results in a more complex, textured and sophisticated product. The Hudson Valley provides access to outstanding natural resources. Our 120-acre property provides produces exceptional well water. Our master distiller has worked for some of the top distillers in the UK. Todd & Vixen’s Gin is produced with the guidance of three top-notch and world-renowned bar chefs under the direction of the late and great Gary (gaz) Regan.
