Greater Than

Ittai Aminoff is a gin enthusiast from Israel. While living in Sydney, Australia years ago, Ittai’s first experience with quality gin occurred one day while sitting in a gin bar (who knew there were such specialized locations for sipping gin!) The bartender recommended a glass of Poor Tom’s gin, a local gin produced in Sydney. The taste was unique and amazing. Ittai says, “I’ve never tasted a spirit that I liked so much.”  From that first sip, Ittai has been looking for new brands to try any new gin bars around the world to explore. Today, Ittai is passionate about teaching people about gin and sharing a depth of knowledge about gin gained over years of studying it.
